- Statement of status: “West Heights Baptist Church is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization recognized by the IRS. Your contributions are tax-deductible to the full extent allowed by law.”
- Relinquishment of control: “Per IRS regulations, once the church receives a donation, the donor relinquishes control of the funds. While the church honors donor preferences for designated gifts, all contributions are subject to the oversight and discretion of the church’s leadership.”
- Processing Fees: “West Heights is charged processing fees for credit/debit card transactions (2.15% + $0.30 per transaction) and ACH transactions (0% + $0.30 per transaction).
