Pontotoc County Jail Ministry

Matthew 25:35-36

35 For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink,

I was a stranger and you welcomed me, 36 I was naked and you clothed me,

I was sick and you visited me, I was in prison and you came to me.’

God is moving among inmates in the prisons of Mississippi.

That is the report coming from Mississippi Baptist missions groups.

We pray God would continue to move in Pontotoc County Detention Center as well.

For decades, West Heights Baptist has had members that faithfully visit the jail each week, Sunday and Wednesday, working diligently to make disciples among the inmates there.

Pray for this team and consider if God is calling you to go.
