Dr. David Hamilton, Senior Pastor

David has served as pastor of West Heights since 1998. He and Susan have been married since March 12, 1977. They have two grown sons; Nathan and his wife Jessica, and Ben and his wife Cassie. They have seven grandchildren, Hiett, Walls, Jules, Malachi, McAuley, Hillie and DL. He is a graduate of Blue Mountain College, Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and Trinity Seminary. His hobbies include spending time with his grandkids and horses.

Joseph Luby, Associate Pastor of Education / Administration

Joseph serves as the Associate Pastor of Education / Administration at West Heights.  He began serving as Interim in June 2016 and became full-time in September 2016.  He is married to Jennifer Luby and they have two kids: Hunter and Sadie Marie.  Joseph’s hobbies outside of work include playing golf and being creative through woodworking.

Craig Richardson, Pastor of Worship & Media

Craig joined the staff in October 2020. He is married to Dori Richardson. They have two grown sons: Drew and his wife, Amber, and Will and his wife, Tara Beth. They have one daughter, Maylie, who is seven years old. Craig and Dori have four grandchildren: Rosie, Ellie and Brooks (Drew and Amber) and Lyla (Will and Tara Beth)! Craig is a graduate of Tupelo High School and attended Itawamba Community College. He graduated from Delta State University and New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. His hobbies include pickle ball, tennis, biking and spending lots of time with grandchildren.

Casey Russell, Pastor of Missions and Outreach

Casey began serving at West Heights in November 2020. He is married to Lauren Russell. They have 3 kids: Landon, Paislee, and Adelyn. He is a graduate of Blue Mountain College. His hobbies include going to his kid’s sports, fishing, and riding horses.

Ryan Moorman, Pastor of Family Discipleship

Ryan has served at West Heights since July 2019. It is his prayer to see children become followers of Christ through teaming up with parents as they disciple them at home. He is married to Lindsey and they have two girls: Raylee and Payton. He enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors.

Rocky Tzib, Pastor of Criso Vive

Rocky has served as a church planter in North Mississippi since 1993 and has planted five churches.  In 2001 he became the pastor of Cristo Vive Baptist Church in Pontotoc, MS.  In 2021, he became a strategist for the Hispanic work in the state of Mississippi for the Mississippi Baptist Convention Board. He is married to Glenda since July 25, 1998.  They have two boys Jordan and Nathan.  His hobbies are missions and family.
