Hey Fathers in the Field team,
We will have a booth set up this Saturday (Sept 12.) at the Bodock festival. Kevin Wallace is planning to set up the tent from 6 to 7am. We expect crowds between 8am and 4pm. At 4pm, we will begin tearing down the tent. The festival will be in the lower parking lot of the Pavilion, where the food trucks set up during the week. We will not know the location of the tent within the parking lot until Saturday morning.
We are asking anyone that can help to be there as often as you can and as long as you can. If you need to leave for an errand or something, that is not an issue at all.
We will not need very much help at 6am for set up, but could use the help between 8am and 4 pm, as well as to tear down afterwards. As you may know, there is very little parking near the Pavilion, so plan to walk a little to get to the festival parking lot.
We will also have some bibles and tracks to give away.
